called saying that I will be served papers by an officer unless I pay 795.00 in attorney fees same day. Otherwise will be taken to court. Officer never shows, then called back-extending time for week-due to hardship. They've given me a Bank of America Acct to transfer funds to. For a Chase acct. I supposedly owe 3800.00 on-that I have never had? I'm confused!

Someone was on the other line but he/she didn't say anything. When I redialed the number, a recording said that there was an error processing the number.
I emailed their customer service people yes****ay, asking them to stop with the telemarking calls. They called back today, informing me that due to FTC regulations, the calls would indeed stop Sept. 1st unless I opt in to continue receiving these calls. No thanks. Like I told them via email - a direct mail or email adverti*****t will suffice!!
