Please stop giving them money. I am a sales lead here, quitting tomorrow. It's a scam. We know it. Our telemarketers know it. Our CEO, Dan Lambert, knows it. Look me up, I work here. Scam. Scam scam scam.
They are still conducting this scam. I was contacted the same way. They offered a free cruise. I did survey but wouldn't give any info on accounts of mine. They won't stop calling. Plus, my e-mail has been ****arded with 40 spam mails a day
Received a call from this number two times. When you call back line is busy. If we won a trip then they need to send us the trip.
i too got a call from this number, lucky me, didnt fall into their trap. the guy asked me to pay 59 usd for govt. port duty. he was so going to lengths like explaining the features of the cruise....this is my first experience with a scam directly on phone... wud be careful from now on! u all be too!
I parti****ted in the survey and not only do I get several calls daily from this number but I also get calls from 201-520-9547. It's SO irritating!
I got an automated call last week regarding a survey-after the survey I was transfered to someone to recieve a "free" cruise for my parti****tion. a few days later I got several automated voicemail messaged asking me to call 800-446-1524 to claim my "free" cruise. I called and got a rude woman who basically said i was ****** for not paying the $118port fee and booking the cruise. she rudely stated that she was not trying to "beg" me for money nor my creditcard. I just laughed throughout the entire conversation-It was exactly like the other posts that I had read mins before I called. If they really are a promotion company like they say, they are doing a poor job "promoting" the cruise ship by being so rude and obnoxious. She directed me to the www.ba*****cele***tion.com site-but that doesnt mean that it is THEIR WEBSITE! Yes, the owner of the site is a legit company w/ A- bbb.org rating, but it doesnt mean that the caller was from that company! I called the customer #off the website and spoke to someone who was very helpful-she said that she recognize the phone#, but that their cruiseline does use wholesale promotion companies and that might be one-she gave me the #to their corp office for their promotion dept. I called and spoke to another helpful rep who also didnt know the #, but said that if i wanted, i could call the scamer and demand that they call the ship's cruise corp office while I had them on the line to confirm they were legit before giving out my cc#. they said if it was one of their outsourced promotion companies, they would have to do this. I havent tried this yet, but if anyone is interested, the cruiseline corp promotion dept # 800-221-8200.
I called them back and said, "congrats this is jimmy, and I'm calling you because you just won a free cruise! And all you have to do is give me your credit card information and we can get s****ed!" The guy on the other line was so baffled and didn't know what to say. He sort of babbled and said thanks then ***g up. This is a major scam--I say that we mess with these guys and get back at'em!
