Anonymous Definitely fraud. This must be how he supports his family of four! So irritating that they can get phone numbers fraudulently that says QBO Intuit. I didn't answer because I don't have anything to do with QBO anymore. Be careful out there. People are using every excuse to try and steal from innocent people!! I've received calls from St Jude's, Bank of America, and Chase Bank to name a few that use their phone numbers. Sad and scary how many people are fraudsters.

ERS is out of Oakbrook, IL. If they harass you, call the Oakbrook police and they will handle it!
TJ My first month at my new job, Mike Mills calls me and asks me, "How's that Ricoh ma****e working out for you - are you having any problems?" Well, the first problem is we have 11 copy ma****es and I asked him which one. He asked my name, which I didn't give when I answered the phone; I gave him my name and the next thing I know I get a toner cartridge for $493.87 that doesn't even fit any of the ma****es we have. This happened to several of our departments and now we have a red alert. The funny thing is the next time he calls me, I asked him for a call back number and he gives me a number to a share vacation resort. They always block their number when they call. Don't give them your name and tell them that you will record their phone call and they will leave you alone.

This is legit, at least in my case. The number on my door ****er went directly to Chase. Their may be copy cat companies doing this so simply verify it is Chase when you call the number.
