Just answer and tell them to stop calling. Or, if you like what they have to say, give money.
The number is Environment America. If you are a member or have donated to any of their affiliates in the last 6 months they are legally aloud to call.
Everyday they call, but never leave a message. I never answer 1-800 numbers, but don't like being pestered. I am on the do not call list.

Never is anyone on the line when I answer, does not leave messages. Second call in a week. Usually calls around 5 PM.
At 9:15 pm, I got a call from this number. When I answered, they ***g up on me.

I kept recieving the call from 800-450-9135 for several days. I do not know who was calling me and I have never given my phone number to it. I want to stop it to call me a***n.
