I called them back and they said it was Credit Recovery Agency. They guy on the phone figured out pretty quickly they were trying to contact a different person with my name and apologized for the incovenience.
THEY DONT STOP CALLING
Called my office and called my house - the person they are looking for is my son who has the same name. Basically accused me and him of lying about his real address and phone. ***g up on me when I told the woman that she had a bad at***ude. She was also a person of color of the ***** variety.

This dingbat called me saying that my "wife" had agreed to pledge some money to "our" "favourite" charity. She wanted my credit card number so they could collect the balance. Fact: I am not married. Fact: I live alone. Fact: I don't have a favourite charity. Fact: These guys are crooks.

We received a call for a free web site design. The call back number is 1-800-450-6727. Called back. Was given all the information. It sounds like a scam. Does anyone have any additional information on this? Is it a scam?
