Calls multiple times a day, no live person on the other end, I have called them and the call was not answered. They have even called at night which I feel is very innapropriate. And have NEVER left a message, so I had to google the phone number to find out who was calling me.

They only practice consumer law and this VKI can't do what he's saying AND Val & Kreb people cannot contact you (with the exception of ONE final written communica) a***n if you write them and tell them they can't!!... I had a collection company pay LOTS of money for contacting my neighbors! And for continuing to call after I recorded a call where I told them DO NOT CALL A***N!

Went through a "debt reduction agency" and they are supposed to be working on this...yeah right...8 months later...and $1000...they have disappeared.  Most of my cards are paid in full now but there are 2 left and Velentine happens to have one of them now....they have harassed me and multiple family members to the point of no return!!!  They have called family  members in 4 states harassing them over a $1900 credit card bill. They are ruthless.  If I could pay it I would pay it and if I had that $1000 back I would give it to them and beg them to take it in full...things have been such a mess.  They call up to 15 times  a day!

all operators are busy. Please call back later. They called me!! When I call back it's auto answered and tell me no one is available to take my call. They call 4to 5 times a day. S****s at 8am and they call until 9pm STOP!!!!

I have gotten these calls for 2 weeks. After refusing to give them any infoof mine, they told me the name of the person on the account on which theywere collecting. I explained they were calling a cell number that I have had for over 6 years and that no one by the name they were asking for has ever used my phone. I had to call them four times before it finally stopped a few days ago. Evidently they didn't believe me.

We got a new home phone and they would call constantly.  It was a recording saying "We have an important call for you, press 1".  Thought my phone might explode so I just ***g up.  They would call several times a day...so I called the number back and pressed 0 for the switchboard.  I told them I had a ***nd new home phone and I didnt know of the name they were asking me for.  I guess it was the person who had our # before.  I asked them to remove us, and I also registered for the National Do Not Call list.  They said they wouldnt call anymore.  Actually, I said, "So you arent going to call anymore right?" to which he replied, "MmmHmm".Good luck! lol

You know, not everyone you try and call is a "deatbeat" "s***bag" that dosen't pay their bills. Some of us just seem to have inherited their number. Verify your sources better next time.

I get this person calling at least once a day on my cell phone.  I don't answer and I've even done a do not call registration on my cell number.  What is the deal??????????????????????????

They are calling people in my family and harrassing them now and i don't even know how they got there number. they lied and told my uncle that i was in trouble with the law and they were a law firm. so he got worried and called me.when i try to call back they do no answer. leave me the***** ALONE and don't call my family who has nothing to do with this alone!!!!!!!
