probably a telemarketer - calls - never leaves any message - have no clue who it is
Unknown Has been consistently been calling my apartment line ever since I moved in. Looking for someone I don't know, and even when I tell them to stop calling and that they have the wrong number, they continue to call at least once a week.
Calls multiple times a day, no live person on the other end, I have called them and the call was not answered. They have even called at night which I feel is very innapropriate. And have NEVER left a message, so I had to google the phone number to find out who was calling me.
Did not identify themselves - sounded like a foreign call.
They are currently calling themselves Live Solutions when they call and leave messages for me at work. I have filed chapter 7 and have been discharged of all debts, but they continue to call.
I dont know who this company is or what they want. They call up to 4 times per day looking for someone that i dont even know. I will they would stop calling
Called the number back and they said the only way to be removed from their calling list is to give them first and last name, date of birth, and address. Scam?
Got a call & msg from 800-462-3804 nbr. I call back and spoke to the operator. He would not identify the business, nor himself. Very rude, I advised them to cease calling my phone or the state attorney general ofc will investigate their abusive telemarketing practice. - Helen

Like many of the people who posted above, SW Credit called me saying that I owed AT&T money when I did not. I received a call last week from Chris at SW Credit systems saying that I had a delinquent account with AT&T for over $200 dollars. Chris wanted me to to pay the bill right then with a check or credit card. Since I did not think that this was legit (and was for a lot of money!), I did not want to pay on the spot, so I asked for an account number and phone number for AT&T. Chris gave that information to me. I previously had an account with AT&T which had been closed 7 months earlier and I was sure that I did not owe any money on that account. I called AT&T to verify Chris' claim. The AT&T rep searched my old records and billing info and then verified with the AT&T finance department that I did not have an outstanding balance. So then, in a 3 way conference call with AT&T, SW Credit, and me, AT&T told SW Credit that I did not owe them any money. The man at SW Credit said that his name was Mr. Green, a manager at SW Credit, and that there had been a mistake, and it was not AT&T that I owed money to it was US Cellular. He then asked the AT&T rep to **** up because he was a third party not involved in this matter. I asked Mr. Green for an account number and contact number for US Cellular. Neither Mr. Green the manager, at SW Credit, nor Chris, the customer service rep at SW Credit could provide contact information for me to contact US Cellular to verify the claim. Long story short... Chris keeps pressuring me to "resolve this matter" by paying him over $200 by check or credit card over the phone, when he has not provided and proof that I owe this money. I have looked up SW Credit at the Texas Better Business Bureau. They have an A+ rating even though they have 128 complaints filed a***nst them in the last 36 months. SW Credit appears to use pressure and bullying to coerce people into paying money without providing any proof that the money is really owed. Received a call from this number on 12/3/09 claiming there was a security alert on my Citi card. Last 4-digits cited was an old card that was closed by Citi due to it being compromised. I called Citibank using the # on the back of my card and they confirmed there is no security issue with my card. This is a SCAM. If there is any doubt, always call the # on the back of your credit card.

We got scammed by the same crooks. First a charge for $2.29 in August. Then subsequent charges of $59.95 in September and October. The credit card company marked the transactions as fraudulent, closed our current account number, and is reissuing cards on a new account number.
