She is register with the Secretary of State and only has jurisdiction only in California only under that license.I'm looking to sue. They've called me and violated numerous State laws. They called trying to collect a bill from AT&T. I ordered DSL service from AT&T, but it never worked and after 2 days of trying to get it to work I canceled it. After ONLY 2 weeks they sent a months bill to this collection agency. I finally got someone from AT&T around Thanksgiving and they said they would credit my account the full amount on 12/26. Why it would take a month I have no idea. It this doesn't get resolved I will contact our local TV station that does trouble*****ing and I'm sure they will get it resolved.
I didn't answer, left a recorded message saying they were financial and to call back with a reference number. Don't know who they are, am not answering the phone.
