I had issues with my Nespresso and they called me back to make sure everything was working.
It is Nespresso, so it is not an unsolicited call. They want to make sure you have adequate stocks of capsules for your ma****e.
Nespresso coffee maker called. Didn't answer, but I do have one of their ma****es, so its not really unsolicited
