Leave a CommentShe wanted me to make an online payment to a credit card account. She claimed I missed the due date (false), and stated a wildly incorrect payoff amount on the account. I did not deal with this person.
They said they were from First Citizens Bank and to call this number back. I called the correct number for customer support and they said it was a fraudulent call when they looked at my accounts
Left message as First Citizens Bank. When returned the call, they tried to sell me a life alert system.
