Leave a CommentWhy why you do not have to call every 30 mins. I think the bbb needs tro know about what you are doing calling every 30 mins . Is not helping the problem. Get people a break and stop all the phone call if I had a 1.00 for every time you call I would be rich. You are paying those people to make call that people are not answing safe a job and money by not calling as much.
Answered the phone and it sounded like a kid on the other end. I ***g up.

Claims to be with Wells Fargo Auto. Asked for people in my family who have never purchased an auto or even co-signed together. The lady (Janet) at ext 28565, asked for cell numbers to reach my family members (i did not give them to her). She would only say it concerns a "Personal" matter, and only gave me the company name when I asked for it. What is su****ious is that 2 of the three family members she asked for have never banked with Wells Fargo, or have any loans out with Wells Fargo.
calls early in am and late at night and throughout the day no one is ever on the line when I answer.
They call me 6-7 times a day and it usually about 30 min apart at the most. I think this may be considerd harrassment! Leave Voivemail but not a company name or anything Just rep name and the phone number.
