It's the third time this week I get a voicemail from this number, no call, just a blank voicemail. Message is always 2 seconds long.
Why why you do not have to call every 30 mins. I think the bbb needs tro know about what you are doing calling every 30 mins . Is not helping the problem. Get people a break and stop all the phone call if I had a 1.00 for every time you call I would be rich. You are paying those people to make call that people are not answing safe a job and money by not calling as much.
This is nuts, yes this is true i was charged on oct19 $90.00 on my amex and the statement shows- rogerswl 1 time 800 565 6009 ON. i tried calling this number and it says number is disconnected then nov 26 same thing $92.00 with the rogerswl 1 time 888 etc .Rogers will investigate , amex is also aware and the fraud department will investigate .Rogers will investigate spoke with the manager also have a case number and they will contact me within 72 hours. Today is first day we will see!!People please call rogers and amex to dispute so they will see how many people they are calling in to complain . Hope i dont get charged at end of month.check ur statements all the ti*****anks
It is from Collect Corp- who is one of the collection agencies for BofA for their credit cards.
Whomever is calling from this number never leaves a message and they always call during the day.
The caller, Wendy at Ext. 130, told me that she'd been given my number as the best person to get in touch with *** ***, who happens to be my brother. She wouldn't tell me what kind of company it was, only that they had an urgent business issue they needed to get hold of him for. When he called, they tried to get his social security number and private information out of him, but would not tell him of any issue. As far as he's aware, he doesn't owe any unpaid bills, so we think they were phishing.

Progressive financial services student loan collectionThese guys are really good at harassing people on a daily bases....These guys keep calling and calling every single day leaving nasty messages.THey are collecting on student loans for Dept. of Ed.... When i finally spoke to them they kept telling me to pay so****ing I couldnt afford. They wanted me to open a bank account and do all sorts of stuff that I WASNT WILLING TO DO.... I kept saying NO but they kept callling my work and calling my bosses.... Kept telling me that I was gonna get garnished...I finally got fed up...MAN I LOVE THE INTERNET...I found some book called "The student loan blue print" written by a collectorI usually hate collectors but the book explained what i needed to do...It boiled down to the fact that these collection agencies are just OUT TO GET MY MONEY....I have 2 kids and my work cut my hours.... I was on the verge of getting laidoff.... and these guys were not listening....Anyways... Just do your research... I did my research and it saved my family... After telling them I would send a payment next week I keep getting repeated calls every hour or 2. I am behind in my payments. My wife is ill. Degenerative disk in her back and has been off from work for over a month. My wife has been dealing w/ this for the last several years. May have to have surgery soon. actually, this was the number i was given in a voicemail offering to refinance me at a lower rate. they identified themselves in the voicemail as Beneficial-Household Finance. since my local office recently closed, i knew i had fallen behind in my payment.the young lady was quite helpful, and told me that since Beneficial-HFC had NOT taken taxpayer money in a bailout they were now able to work with their customers to help them with refinancing or new pay arrangements.i am now refinanced at a lower rate, so i may actually get this loan paid off before the dinosaurs return.
I have been getting harassed by this people who have been calling like 10 times a day and leave a message for someone else saying about some debt collection and their company being collectcorp. The message is so blurred that there is a gap when they mention the call back number which is a 9 digit one too. There is no way of rea****g them back either to stop them from disturbing my peace. I shall have to sue them in a small claims court for disturbing my daily schedule and of making me lose sanity.
