Leave a Commentactually, this was the number i was given in a voicemail offering to refinance me at a lower rate. they identified themselves in the voicemail as Beneficial-Household Finance. since my local office recently closed, i knew i had fallen behind in my payment.the young lady was quite helpful, and told me that since Beneficial-HFC had NOT taken taxpayer money in a bailout they were now able to work with their customers to help them with refinancing or new pay arrangements.i am now refinanced at a lower rate, so i may actually get this loan paid off before the dinosaurs return.
these people called me and wanted my ss#, but wouldn't give me the account #. I think this is a scam.
