Anonymous A recorded line said that possibly I had used the wrong Routing number, account number and something else, they said my 200 payment didnt go through; I never made a 200 dollar payment. I looked up the number and it said it was a scam/spam number. I may have given, I did verify my last 4 of my social number and agreed the account ended in the same number for my bank account

Jenny Called for the second time. Said they were looking to inform all local residents of an important issue. I told them that we are on the Do Not Call list.
This is a collection agency that works to recover (repossess) cars and such where the loan is in default and has been SOLD for pennies on the dollar to this collection agency. So, if you owed $20,000 and they paid $1,800 for the debt - they find your car and sell it for a profit. They claim they are "investigators" and if you don't pay they are going to "serve subpoenas" and stuff on family and the debtor. It is all BS - they are just like any other collection agent. They can't do SQUAT without a judgment. IGNORE THEM!! (and hide the car - or better yet TRADE it with someone else in the same situation.
chased me for months to settle a debt. We haggled back and forth and agreed on a price. When I spoke to them a***n to request it in writing a 'supervisor' got on the line and just went nuts on me. I said "hey why are you so angry- I am ready to pay you"? I even had my check book out!!! He just WOULDN'T stop yelling at me. Now I am retaining an attorney to sue them. The people with this group are S***.
