seems like a scam. called wamu, they said it wasn't one of their numbers.
We have WAMU cards, but are all paid up. I am so glad I looked this up. Definitely a scam. I agree- WAMU PLEASE DO SO****ING!
Have received 2 calls within the last 2 weeks. Refer you to this phone number or an internet site "wamucanhelp". The internet site is for those with past due accounts on Wamu credit cards. Wamu people say the calls are not coming from them. Please stop calling me!!!

I'm sure this is a phishing call, even though the message says it is WAMU. I am getting calls from 6 different phone numbers all of a sudden and I'm sure this is a new scam... make it stop!I am trying to work!

I called this number that was left on my answering phone and gave them the last 4 digits of my account number. They in turn said that my paymentwas LATE! I still had more 2 weeks to send in my payment. My payment isNEVER late, & I pay a substancial amount MORE than required payment. Myroommate also has received this harassing phone call, and received the verysame message. He still has more than 2 weeks to send in his paymtne, andalso pays a substancial amount MORE than the required monthly payment...
(800) 568-5025 , continuious ****ups, leave msg my parents owe them $. They have NO connection to this co. The person when he does speak does not identify themselves or what company they represent, harrassing calls 4 or more daily.
