This is a collection agency that works to recover (repossess) cars and such where the loan is in default and has been SOLD for pennies on the dollar to this collection agency. So, if you owed $20,000 and they paid $1,800 for the debt - they find your car and sell it for a profit. They claim they are "investigators" and if you don't pay they are going to "serve subpoenas" and stuff on family and the debtor. It is all BS - they are just like any other collection agent. They can't do SQUAT without a judgment. IGNORE THEM!! (and hide the car - or better yet TRADE it with someone else in the same situation.
this Chase company
Got a mailing claming someone was conducting a investigation. Called the 800.568.9718 number and company never said their name, or what they do. However they asked for me to leave a message.Very ambiguous and deceptive. Most likely a recovery firm or some sort of scam. 675 N. Euclid St., #222
