Phishing phone call for "Parker Credit Union", almost the name of a local CU. Said our debit card was locked and we needed to speak to their security department by pressing 1.
I got one of these "Bueno Neighbors" in New Mexico. Getting past the nice stationary and fancy font, Google brought me here doing a name search. Like others have experienced, the card indicates the sender is trying to contact you and has been unable to reach you by phone; but that they have a "parcel" for you and goes on to list business hours, contact (Barbara), and lists a local phone number for Albuquerque 505-881-4998 and toll-free for Santa Fe 800-574-3599. From all indications, this appears to be a scam in that your "parcel number" is probably a reference to your name and address, which then could possibly be used to send someone to your door or use the address for other marketing purposes. E-mail scammers regularly include "opt-out" options on their messages so they can determine which addresses are valid, figuring quite simply that if you respond by opting out... the address has a body behind it. If you receive one of these, respond at your own peril.
