I placed my name on the national do not call data base list at least 9 months ago, for no one to call me, but they continue to call.

I had been getting the same call ever since we got the new number. I called up and gave the reference number. They were looking for someone who I had no clue about. The lady on the phone was courteous and after I said that I did not know the person in question, said that they will take this number off their list. It wasn't bad and I hope that I do not get the call a***n. If you do not have to worry about a collection agency, call the number up and sort this out.

My wife answered a call from these folks on 1-17-09.  Heard what sounded like a recorded message, but it was to garbled to understand.  Tracked them down through this website and used the suggestion from NINJARAT to email [email protected] asking that our number be removed from their call list.  Got the following reply:  "MRSI has received your e-mail request to be added to our company's internal do-not-call database. Your telephone number(s) will be added to MRSI's internal 'do-not-call' database.We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused.Sincerely,Director of Phone Center Operations"We'll see if this works out, but you might want to try this approach.

I recieved the same call.  If you go to INTELIUS.com or ANYWHO.com, you can look up the info on the company.  It'll tell you the owner of the line, and even thier income and property value.  Pretty cool.  If I find the number I'll post it here.  Hopefully a private number that I can call at all hours of the night.

called from a (704) number. I NEVER openned any accounts from this person.

They have been calling me for two years at the same phone number. Everytime they ask for a Darryl somebody whom I do not know. MANY times I have called them back to tell them they have an incorrect phone number and to STOP calling me. Today a woman on their end got quite rude when I told her a***n, to stop calling me because I'm not Darryle. What can be done?

SO ANNOYING!!! ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT, DOESNT LEAVE ME A REFERENCE NUMBER AND WHEN I CALL BACK TO TALK TO SOMEONE THEY TELL ME ITS FOR SOME GENE THAT DOESNT EVEN LIVE HERE AND SHE ARGUED WITH ME FOR 20 MINUTES.....SHE WAS RUDE AND SAID THEY WILL TRY TO REMOVE MY NUMBER BUT WELL SEE

continues to call, automated message begins saying don't **** up...

This messsage has been left on my answering ma****es several times stating that it is not a telemarketing call. I have no idea of who is calling and I have no intent on calling back. I am registered on the do not call list. How can I stop this annoying caller?

Several calls to our answering ma****e over the past monthes - 1st thing said is "This is not telemarketing..." - this is obviously a recording which leaves this 800# and an 8 digit reference number.

After many many calls from this number I finally called them to make it stop - the woman said they are a business management company and kept asking me for the reference number. I asked what a "business management company" does, and she said just that, business management. Oh so helpful. She said she could tell by the reference number what the call was regarding. The reference # told her she was looking for Everett someone or other, someone I'd never heard of - she****ured me the calls would stop. We'll see...

(Park Danson - Company ???/caller ID 704*671-3096) Always leaving msgs saying it's not a telemarketing call but rather an impt. bus. financial matter I have with their company.Always leaving a reference no. & asking for a return call.

Hold music was a radio station advertising "Blue Ridge Harley Davidson" Dealership: this Park Dansan office is probably local to Hickory, NC.Donna (with a horrible southern accent) claimed she was from Park Dansan / Business Management Group.  Questioning her about what her type of "Business" they managed put her on the defensive and she ***g up on me.

Same as above. Called my home several times, looks like telemarketing call (mentioned so****ing about 'important financial matter', but don't specified which, and mentioned a company name, with which I don't have any business), despite my home phone is entered in "do-not-call" registry.

Same as above. Twice I have received this taped  message that insists it's not a telemarketing call but rather an important call about some financial business I have with their company. The message goes somewhat low volume when it mentions the company name so I never hear it clearly(Park Vantzen? Danson?).

Same as above - recorded message about it not being a telemarketing call and asking to call this number and provide the given reference number.

Never had any business with this company if this is one.I do not won't to hear from the a***n.

Called number was told they were collection company to recoup debt on landline based phone account from 05 with an address we never lived in. Problem is my number is from internet based phone.
