This is Financial Management Systems (fmsdc.com). They are an extremely agressive collection agency. They are beyond difficult to negotiate with in a reasonable manner. My fiancee has had them call about a credit card debt on a credit card he never had. He ACTUALLY tried to negotiate terms to pay them for this debt he never personally incurred. They would ONLY accept payment from a credit card or have the payment come directly from a bank account. They would NOT accept payment by check or money order. My fiance plans to send them a "drop dead letter" as suggested by one of Clark Howard's (a financial advisor from Headline News)****istant.
I keep getting repeated calls from this anoying collection agency. they need to get there numbers right b4 they choose to call someone! btw they like to keep calling me week after week and 4x or more a week. and they leave me this persons message and info name, and more to call back on? this is third party disclosure and should be stoped! it is giving someones info to me that I don't even need to be aware of!this is the number that call s me 1-800-605-4112 x 6013

We receive calls daily. It is an automated call that says it is important to talk to us and asks us to press 1. Please stop calling. My next step is the attorney generals office
