Leave a CommentThis is Financial Management Systems (fmsdc.com). They are an extremely agressive collection agency. They are beyond difficult to negotiate with in a reasonable manner. My fiancee has had them call about a credit card debt on a credit card he never had. He ACTUALLY tried to negotiate terms to pay them for this debt he never personally incurred. They would ONLY accept payment from a credit card or have the payment come directly from a bank account. They would NOT accept payment by check or money order. My fiance plans to send them a "drop dead letter" as suggested by one of Clark Howard's (a financial advisor from Headline News)****istant.
They called and said they have so****ing very exciting for and that I should call back immediately.
These people chared my car 218.00 and i dont know what for.
