They email me saying they are from Municipal service bureau saying I have a debt but then to call the 800 number.

This is the number scammers are using. The name of the scammers if Rejuv Boost Cbd Oil. They are thieves.

I don’t know but it’s Mother’s Day I hope I didn’t win the jackpot and I didn’t answer ??

The number that called me 8006165041 it is the number I wanted to check. The number that you want me to make a comment on is using the above number. They say there from the IRS. Say they are going to Suspend my social Security card for fraudulent activities. It’s my money I worked for it .what makes it there Choice? I worked all those years paying taxes so the I R S can tell me that want to suspend my card that I paid taxes till age 65. So the government to make all the rules. Looks like a lie cast by Satan himself fearful of losing hold because his days have already been numbered. The one that returns will judge all there will be no sadness or sorrow FSH the three will become one

These numbers are connected to Bell as a service provider. The companies that call are criminal organizations. They commit extortion, more than fraud. They will call you for donations and never stop calling until you pay them off. Call the CRTC and report Bell and the number

Received a call, no answer, no nothing... if this is legit, they need to fine tune their stupid automatic dialer. I'm not giving them any money simply based on that annoyance, so I lump them in the scammer territory.

I just got the call at my business.  When I asked questions, he just said "bye Ma'am" and hung up.  I looked into the "Kids and Cops" fishing with Bob Izumi and apparently only $0.17 out of every dollar goes toward the charity.  The rest goes to pay the telemarketers making the calls.

Got a call from this # and they were looking for money for a police fishing derby. I asked them if there is a number where I can call them back and he said because this is the police association all calls are recorded so that I can't call them. They send me an envelopeand I'm to put a cheque in. This is a scam.

Kids and Cops web site has been taken offline.The calls are soliciting money for an unlicensed "charity". They do not have to account for how they use funds or issue any public reports. Give them money at your own risk.

The number is from PAO - Police Association of Ontario.    They do take donations for underpriviledge kids.  However, you can not claim it as a donation on your income tax.  Not a registered charitable organization.   I made a donation, asked for a receipt, did get one.  But the receipt clearly stated not a tax receipt.

We've gotten a few calls.  They say they are from the Police Association and they are trying to send underpriviledged kids fishing or something. Asking for money. Seems sketchy.

This collection company, Spectrum Billing Services, calls about 3 times a week with harrassing calls and harsh messages (about a "debt" they claim I owe from 4 years ago). They have called over 30 times in the past 10 weeks.  I sent a cease and desist letter and they continue to call. Any more ideas on how to handle this?

They called my neighbor, used my name as ID and who knows what other "personal" identifiers.This must be stopped.  This is a total and complete breach of my personal privacy.  Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, I called into the number and reached a rep. indicating that he'd received the file and that is the number contained in it.  My neighbor's phone number????

About once a week I get a call from this number and there is never a response. I have only had this number a few weeks, The first call came in two days after I get this phone.

This is a courtesy call from DirecTV. I got a recorded messing saying so, then asking me to hold. After 4+ minutes on hold, I was disconnected.

I get calls from these people evry day as late as 8:30 at night. They are calling for my husband, whom is in Iraq. Something about he ran a red light abd the camera snap a picture. The first mexican lady to call, I had to cuss her out. she had the nevers to ask me why I was still sleeping and it was 10:30 in the morning ! Another lady called, I asked her to mail be some type of letter stating all the information, its been almost a month now and I still dont have any info!

Asked for neighbor across the street by name. When I told him she did not live here he asked why she would give him my phone number. Told him I don't know why but remove my phone number. He said he couldn't do that and he would call again tomorrow night.

This number and company is legit so if they are calling you then you do or have had a student loan that may be in deferrment or on hold for what ever reason you stated to the college before leaving it. They have all of your information from the lender that you chose to get the money for school from. My phone call with them only lasted 2 minutes, the rep was nice and curtious and I had no problems becuase I knew exactly what she was calling for.

Got several calls from this number while at work and didn't answer until today. They have never left a message and the guy gave me some serious attitude about how my citigroup card is past due $130 and that he was going to take down my routing number and bank account number. I don't have a citi card and none of my accounts are past due that I am aware of.

Mal This company is extremely annoying.  I used to receive a call from them every day at my home number while I was at work.  After receiving voice mail messages about calling them back for well over a month, I finally called and they were looking for another person with my last name, but who I do not know and am not in any way related to.  After I explained this, I did stop receiving the daily phone calls.  However, just 3 weeks later, I moved to a new city and started receiving daily phone calls from them on my new cell phone.  This time, they were also looking for someone else, but somewhat rude about taking me off their list.  I am an attorney, so I would definitely be aware of whether there are any "pending court matters" that I am involved in, which is why I ignored their calls so many times before ever calling back.  I had hoped they would go away, but no such luck.  This company must call every possible phone number they can find to attempt to locate and harass their actual targets, since I have gotten calls from them at two different numbers.  It's not just a matter of recycled telephone numbers either -- apparently they will contact you if you have a listed telephone number under the same last name as one of their targets.  Annoying!

I'm telling you, these are loosers. They are people that are not educated enough to get a good job so they have to work at collection agencies. How sad that they don't have the ambition to go on with their life and pursue worthwhile careers.

I also have been called numerous times/day this week from this number. I too have several WFNNB accounts which I pay on line and on time every month probably for over 10 years! I have no idea why they are calling but I am glad to find out who the mysterious number belongs to. I think it is annoying and that if they just left one message it would be nice!

This guy gave me a call. Said his name was Rich Dawson and he was an investigator. Claimed that I owed some money from 1991..16 years ago and that if I didn't pay he was going to subpeona me and send me to jail. Go figure that the only way I could pay was by was sending him a Post office Money Order (Can't put a stop payment on these) AND send it express mail. What a Joke.
