I was at work. She left a voicemail. She sounded like a kid and wasn't very professional.

Keeps calling and leaving threatening messages

The Better Business Bureau has a whole PAGE on this company, which says at the bottom that they were FINED last year  ( see  http://www.bbb.org/upstate-new-york/business- ... rg-ny-25000232/   )   - and gave this broad's EMAIL address,  So I sent her a nasty email, and told her I would be contacting the Attorney General's office too, if they didn't stop calling me for somebody who I don't even know.   She sent me an answer back within an HOUR - telling me they won't be calling a***n.   Send her an email, too - can't hurt.Susan CrandallCompliance OfficerLHR [email protected]

This person who called was mean and unprofessional. I'm just to taking down incoming phone calls. She threaten me if the person she's calling for doesn't return her call in 30 minutes. why harraing? she doens't even know me.

They called my neighbor, used my name as ID and who knows what other "personal" identifiers.This must be stopped.  This is a total and complete breach of my personal privacy.  Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, I called into the number and reached a rep. indicating that he'd received the file and that is the number contained in it.  My neighbor's phone number????

About once a week I get a call from this number and there is never a response. I have only had this number a few weeks, The first call came in two days after I get this phone.

Have asked them not to call at least 3 times. They are trying to collect from someone who does not live here.

Asked for neighbor across the street by name. When I told him she did not live here he asked why she would give him my phone number. Told him I don't know why but remove my phone number. He said he couldn't do that and he would call a***n tomorrow night.

this should not be considered a debt collector because the company is fraudulent. they use con artists tactics to fool people into paying them money . any one who has ever had a debt including credit cards and payed or settled the debt is a target for this company . it is a scam dont pay them any money. learn your legal rights contact the ftc.
