Anonymous Received a letter with this phone number with bank of america letterhead, bank of america says they never send it. It said I had a claim on my account, and they provided the last 4 of my account. Bank has no knowledge of it, and says many people are receiving same letter.

Bill Martin left a message on my phone, not specifying the person they were calling, saying there was an urgent business matter. I called the number saying Bill Martin had called. The woman who answered asked for my phone number and I gave it. She said it was a collection agency and they did not have my number in their system.
I received a call from this # this morning; first three times on my land line while I was on another call. I didn't switch over because no # or name came up on my caller id. Then they called my cell & the # came up. Still didn't recognize it so I didn't answer. That was my mistake. IT WAS ROAD HOME CALLING TO SCHEDULE MY CLOSING. Thank goodness they left an alternate call back #, because the number they are calling from is always busy.If you live in LA & get a call from this #, ANSWER IT - they are most likely trying to FINALLY schedule your closing.You won't be able to call them back back at this number but if they do or don't leave a call back number, you can still return their call by calling 1-888-762-3252.Not sure why their name is not coming up on the land line caller id but if you get a call from 800-626-4000 it is RH & you should take the call.
