DB I think it's a promotional marketing line for Medical Hair Restoration (MHR = 647). I get them, too, and always different last 4 digit so u can't block.
Calls everyday. Never leaves message. Sometimes 3 or 4 times in one day. This is a cell phone they are calling. I do not intend on paying any of these calls if charges occur.

I just recieved a call from this number. It was a foreign male (india maybe) Anyway I just told the guy Dave was working. I knew it was'nt anyone I knew. He said thank you I call back later. Had I known this was here I would have listened to more.
