Someone named Donna insisted on telling me that she represented a supoena company and That I was in default of a payday loan. she said that my electronic sheck would be considered a felony in California and I could face criminal charges. I was on my way to hospital because my daughter had just had heart attack. This is verifiable. she wanted to fax me an agreement to sign about repayment I told her that I had to leave and would not do anything until I checked CA law. She was VERY Rude and gave me the above number and told me to call her back this evening or tommorrow so we could take care of this matter.

Wow, it's amazing when you complete a search of numbers you really find out  you're not the only one being harrassed.....I received a very "RUDE" call from Pat Granger 800-654-7444....she left a voice mail on my work phone that was "VERY" unprofessional. It was obvious she was reading from a script and didn't feel comfortable leaving the message. She keep pausing as if someone was feeding her the information to say.I would like to advise people that if you ever need help financially "NEVER" get pay day loans. I pay these people every two weeks for over four months until I was out of work for 2 months. When I explained to them what happen they simply didn't care. I even faxed over paper work stating why I hadn't paid them a***n they didn't care. So I've decided that I'll work with those that will work with me and since they don't then I'm not going to worry about it.

Kevin Andrews is the biggest A--hole in this world.  Keeps leaving a message that a court order is on the way will be served by my county Sheriff - yet can't tell me what county I live in.  I have saved all his messages to file a compliant - when I explained we are saving for a retainer to file bankruptcy and I needed to know what court it was sent he told me the mail room sends out all that information and they don't have a phone.  His extension is 840 - we should all call him to let him know we are signing a complaint.

On Monday, August 24, 2009, a guy by the name of Robert Lewis called my cell phone and said he would contact my company's HR dept and fax that this will advise Him/her of the irrevokable wage garnishment clause in your contract.  I call the number back from my work and left on his voice mail to never call me back on my cell phone.  He then received my work number from his caller ID and he then called my work place.  I a***n told him not to call this number a***n.  He replied that he would call this number over and over and I ***g up,  and within 3 mins he text me 13 times and typed that This is in reguard to the money you stole, and entered x851.  I called the police and they checked my phone to verify that he had called me.  I filed a police report and if possible I will file charges on this guy for harassment.

i got a call from brent thompson. saying he was from first national. very rude. he told me that i had to speak to him now. that he has no respect for people who do not call him back. this was the first time he called. and i do not owe them anything! so rude! he ***g up on me.

Someone by name of Kevin Andrews keeps calling my place of employment and today said that I have 2 days to call 800-654-7444 ext 640 and they also call being rude saying they are First National.

THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN TOLD BY MY MANAGERS AND MYSELF TO STOP CALLING ME AT MY WORK PLACE BECAUSE I COULD GET REPRIMANDED OR LOSE MY JOB. THEY KEEP CALLING ME WHEN HEY CAN CALL ME AT HOME OR SEND CORRESPONDENCE. I HAVE TRIED TO SETTLE WITH THESE PEOPLE ONCE BEFORE AND THEY WERE SO NASTY AND WOULD NOT SETTLE. I WORK FOR THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND I AM NOT TO GET PERSONAL CALLS AT WORK.
