Unsolicited fax received overnight. Desert Diamond Industries. Did not opt in, signup, nor have we done business with them. Called, and found their fax via web search. Have requested no more unsolicited faxes. Will file complaint with next one received

Someone named Donna insisted on telling me that she represented a supoena company and That I was in default of a payday loan. she said that my electronic sheck would be considered a felony in California and I could face criminal charges. I was on my way to hospital because my daughter had just had heart attack. This is verifiable. she wanted to fax me an agreement to sign about repayment I told her that I had to leave and would not do anything until I checked CA law. She was VERY Rude and gave me the above number and told me to call her back this evening or tommorrow so we could take care of this matter.

They have been calling my number but will not leave a message. I call and they say there are QCS. I wanted to write a formal letter stating what my name was and ask the reason for the phone calls. I don't trust these people, they are not as they called "helpful". I called and asked for a mailing address and he refused to give it to me with out my name and phone number. Why in the **** would I give him my information when they apparently already have it. I want to be able to do***ent the conversations and he REFUSED to help me with out a name and address. Its not illegal to give out there address. You figure they would want to get paid

Male Indian caller in Reno, Nevada. SEVERAL calls in the same day. Each time saying they were college services. It could be card or college; I can't make out what this person is saying. Claimed each time that this was an 'important message.' Yeah, right!
This number charged my bank account under Biz Host. I have filed unauthorized charges complaint with my bank.
