Leave a CommentMale Indian caller in Reno, Nevada. SEVERAL calls in the same day. Each time saying they were college services. It could be card or college; I can't make out what this person is saying. Claimed each time that this was an 'important message.' Yeah, right!
These people are complete total rotten phone****ailants who will NOT stop calling in spite of our number being on the National Do Not Call registry. Each time they tie up our answering ma****e I file a complaint the the FTC.Obviously, the FTC has done and is doing absolutely nothing about these s***bags.DO NOT CALL THEM BACK - DO NOT PICKUP YOUR PHONE - DO NOT GIVE THEM INFORMATION!
Callers call my home number and ask for a person who is not at this number. They have been told many times no such person lives here and stop calling my home. The calls have been going on since Aug. 2008 and somtimes call 2-3 times a week. I have filed a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission)Trying to get an address to also send reg. letter. willing to file legal action.
called 7 times in one night-would never leave information same man and automated service
The following number (800-654-9230)was left on my home answering ma****e twice in one day asking me to call them. When I called they asked for my card number. I asked them which card number and they said Chase. I told them I'd call Chase myself and ***g up without giving any info to them. I called Chase and they knew nothing about it or that particular phone number.
Very rude!!!!!!!!
This is CHASE BANK. They called form another number initially and then left this number on the message. Research of the other number, plus comments here indicate it is CHASE BANK. I called this number back and a recording indicated it was customer service and asked for me to input my 16-digit account number.
Called and left message asking to call back "Card Svc"--but no contact information about what credit card company they represent. Not calling them back--seems like a scam.
Received call from "Card Services" but no information about what credit card company they represent. Not calling back--clearly just want to get information. Will file a report with PA State Attorney General's office.
We have been receiving constant phone calls for a long time including early on weekends and late at night. There is no person on the line. When I tried calling this number, message was: no firm name given and request for account 16 digit number. It sounds su****ious and fraudulent! Stop this call and others, too. We are not returning this call a***n.
Keep getting calls from him saying it is Chase Bank 3rd time called in a month asked him if he is soliciting he said no this is a personal matter. I told him I would take phone # and give to the person he is asking for I asked for his name and he said Jack Thomas. I have gotten 2 calls from him regarding this and many others regarding other employees & inquiring about the nature of our business.
Constantly calls 3-5 times in a row. Maybe a pre-recorded as the first few seconds are not captured on my answering ma****e.
The caller had an Indian accent and claimed her name was Janice Ross. She said it was in regards a credit card offer of some type?? The call sounded su****ious.

My wife took a call from 1-800-654-9230 about a late payment on our Chase card (we do have one). They said we had to pay "tonight" or we would be reported to credit agencies. The wife was smart enouch to not give them any information. When I got home, I called back the number, but they were "closed" for the day. Not very industrious scammers. And I don't have any past due accounts.
"Chase" calling to say I had a $90 past due payment. Listed legitimate charges that I did put on my real credit card...threw me off. Called the real Chase and they do not show this so called account ending in 8296. Going to investigate further.
Just got 6 calls in about a half hour. Same recorded guy with an Indian accent from "card services" wanting a call back. To Where? It would be great if they identified who they are calling and who they represent. It's like getting spam. They will never get a return call because of that.
Calls from unnamed credit card company at late evening hours and says he has urgent message. Return call prompts you to enter a credit card number. Not gonna happen.
This is an man with a deep Indian accent calling to collect an "overdue' payment on her Chase credit card of 1700 dollars. This is not true. We called Chase & they gave us a fax # to send a formal compliant.
calls 1-10 times a day for the last 30 months. I have a detailed log with dates and times. I've filed 93 complints with the do not call registry. Pre recorded message on a loop. NO infor on what she wants or what co is represented.
indian accent, s****ed before 8am and its my understanding they aren't supposed to call before 9am or after 9pm. He was an hour and 5 minutes early to s**** bothering me. Recorded message. NO person to tell that I'm on the fed and state do not call lists.
The male caller claims his name is Kevin.
This caller has an indian accent. Sometimes female sometimes male. Calls often. Either asks for me or my husband by name.Usually says its for a medical card and wants to know what the name of my bank is. Also wants to verifie information such as house number, street address and name. One time called and said it was an offer for a free cell phone. If I question them the answers don't make sence.
Called on a Friday night after 8:00pm. Said his name qwas Peter Smith and refused to connect me to his supervisor. I called Chase who told me this was possibly a phishing call.
