Meredith Payne Recorded message says your power will be disconnected within 30 minutes for non-payment & asks you to call their number, which sounded legitimate except that it was so quiet. It appears they called the real Indiana Michigan Power & recorded their menu & used it for theirs. When you press 0 for operator, you get someone with a thick foreign accent that says they are with the billing department.
