This number called me and there was no one on the phone so I called them back and it was pinnacle, I do owe a back morage and had a agreement with the morage company that they would write it off and i could still live in the moble home because it was to old to sell it a***n, so this company called and (I owe 8400 on my trailor) they said that they are willing to settle for $1000 and i would get the ***le to my house within 30 to 60 days from paying the $1000. I am afraid that this is a scam and i will loose the money which i can not to aford to do. does any one know if this is legit or if it is a scam. they agree to devide it up into 3 months so my first payment is due on the 30th. any ideas what to do?

I received a call from this number on my cell phone (I did not answer). I called this same number back a few minutes later (at 4:50 EST) and actually spoke to a live person! I said I was calling to find out why I was receiving phone calls - he asked only for the phone # being called - and told me the name of the person they were trying to reach (not me).  I was VERY surprised at how quick, professional, and easy it was to stop these phone calls.  Guess sometimes you can get lucky...

I keep getting calls from this number as well. I don't owe anyone any money so I have no idea why they are calling. I did find Pinnacle Financial Group's website http://www.pfgservices.com/p***.html and on this page I have directed you to, Pinnacle ***gs that they now have P*** Quality Certification through ACA International (which stands for The****oc. of Credit and Collection Professionals". According to their website each member should abide by their Code of Ethics which Pinnacle Financial Group CLEARLY is NOT. I suggest that you go to this page on the ACA's website and file a complaint where it states the following" http://www.acainternational.org/codeofconduct.aspx?cid=11672 Look for this: "Upon completion of the complaint form, you can e-mail the form to ACA at [email protected], fax it with any supporting do***entation to (952) 915-3922 or mail the complaint and supporting do***entation to: ACA International, Attn: Ethics Department, PO Box 390106, Minneapolis, MN 55439-0106." That is what I am going to do. If enough people do this perhaps Pinnacle will stop harassing people. Good Luck!

I have been receiving calls from this number everyday. Is there someway I could stop this agency from calling? I do not have any outstanding debts.

No meessage left. We owe noone any past debt. They have been given our number by someone not at this residence.

Automated phone call with callback number - multiple calls per week - no live person on the line.

Dials my number but no one on other end, no recording, and no message, and call drops almost immediately after answering.  Returned call and voice message identifies the company as Pinnacle Financial Group and asks you to stand by for a representative.  Almost immediately a second message is played saying no representatives are available so call back later.

No caller ID- just a toll free number- no voice mail- "zombie" debt that is past the 7 year point.
