Our telephone numbers are 517-769-4100 and our toll free number is 888-769-4101, these are the only numbers we leave when we are looking for a call back. We always leave our telephone number and our representive always leaves their name. We have received many calls where the caller found AFS on the internet and called our office, there are a number of other collections agency's that use AFS as a company or their initials. Asked for a person who does not reside at my house. Tried to explain facts to the individual but was unable to do so because of their inability to deal with truth. They kept interrupting me as I was expalining to them. I told them to "shut up" while I was talking. They accused me of being childish and ***g up.

I have never had a Discover Card, but got a phone call from 800-753-9740 saying they were Discover Fraud Protection wanting to confirm a Discover Card check written by me. When I called back and they wanted my birth info, I knew it was a scam. Watch and see what happens next if you give them that information!

Those telephone numbers are unrelated. You likely have more than one company trying to contact you. Let me guess... You are in debt?
This number called me and there was no one on the phone so I called them back and it was pinnacle, I do owe a back morage and had a agreement with the morage company that they would write it off and i could still live in the moble home because it was to old to sell it a***n, so this company called and (I owe 8400 on my trailor) they said that they are willing to settle for $1000 and i would get the ***le to my house within 30 to 60 days from paying the $1000. I am afraid that this is a scam and i will loose the money which i can not to aford to do. does any one know if this is legit or if it is a scam. they agree to devide it up into 3 months so my first payment is due on the 30th. any ideas what to do?
I keep getting calls from this group. It is Monitronics, the home alarm business. I cancelled this service nearly a year ago because they were not reliable for payments they were supposed to be taking from my account, and then billing me extra because the payments were late.They have yet to cancel my account although I've disconnected the service from my phone line so they have no way to monitor the service.They also were contacting the police department after I requested they cease doing that.

received a call from 614-322-1696(Caller iD says - Operations Division), message left from Tamia Lloyd, stating that she has received an order that my wages will be garnished if I don't return a call to her at 1-800-753-8354 X-4771. I guess this would be true if I were working!!

Several years ago my daughter mde a donation to and organization they called "The Police & Sheriffs Coalition". After checking with local police,I found they knew nothing of this organization. They keep callingand ****ing up.
