This is a collection agency trying to reach people who fell behind on payments. I just received a call from them and my friend had used my name as a contact person in case they couldn't reach her. So now I am getting her collection calls!

Received a call from this number asking if I knew a woman by the name of Gloria Nor?????, I said No I do not she then said are you sure you don't know anyone by that name. I said yes what is this about she said that is non of your business. When i pointed out she had my nakme and number and had called me I felt I had a right to know she ***g up. We pay our bills and dont use vulture check cashing services at all. This is just wrong.

Ms. Burke at ext 3320..she called my employer and was very rude. I actually retuned the phone call and she was very nasty, rude and unprofessional. I wasn't aware that there are still ********* collectors out there in today's economy. She would not allow me to even speak and give the nature of my cir***stances. She kept telling me if I wanted to act like an adult and take care of my business then we could talk. This ****od will never be succesful when collecting a debt and I referred her in to my attorney and will take this call further if nothing is done about this person.

Keeps calling my cell phone. Sometimes leaves a message for a "Christian". I don't kinow anyone by this name. Most times leaves no message. Calling every 3 to 4 days.

Someone named Kevin from this number x3376 keeps calling and leaving messages on my work voicemail for a person I've never heard of.  I've been at this number for TWO YEARS and they have been calling on and off that entire time.  I have no idea who the person is they are looking for.  I finally called the number and talked to the guy and told him I had no idea who the person was he was looking for, that I had been at this number for two years.  All he did was keep harassing me that since I am at the same company as w***ver he's looking for said they were at that I must know where this other person is.  This is round three of doing the same thing.  I finally screamed into the phone DONT CALL THIS NUMBER A***N and ***g up.  Hope I busted the a**hole's F*cking eardrum.  At least it gave all my co-workers a laugh.If he continues to call I'm just going to keep calling back and screaming at him.  That will stop it eventually ... a***n.  I recommend to everyone getting calls that have no connection with whomever these as*holes are looking for do the same thing.  They try to intimidate you.  Scream your a** off at them and **** up.  And for God's sake don't be ****** enough to give them your name or any other information other than the name of the person they left on the message and the phone number they are calling that's incorrect.

Called posing as a company looking for information on an applicant using me as a reference. No company name or other info used in call. I gave none until checking with person in question. This practice is very misleading and borders on criminal. I recorded and saved the message for authorities.

appears to be a debt collector trying to collect on a payday loan. I am already working with a debt mgmt co on these do not take their calls if you are already working on payments. you should call Langhorne Debt solutions if you are having problems with predatory payday lenders

This loser keeps calling and ****s up, but he don't **** up right awasy, he waits till the voice mail kicks in, then he pauses and breathes into the phone, then ****s up. Very creepy!!!

Lady called me at 8:22am asking me how/when I am going to pay off a ~$700 loan balance she thinks I have with Cashland. I do not have any loans with this company. When I told her that she s****ed to ask for my personal information. Seemed really really fishy. I checked my credit report to make sure my iden***y wasn't stolen and then I filed a complaint with the FBI. I encourage others to do the same.

Recieved call telling me to contact them concerning letter they supposedly sent to me, saying things will escalate if I don't reply to them. I have received no letter and I do not understand or know how they got my fax number. Sometimes they call -- asking the operator to break into the busy line which interfere with my faxes. This is unexceptable. This should not be allow and some research needs done to find out who is paying these people.

I have asked these people to stop calling my number, the person they are looking for gave them the wrong number or however they came to have my number. Everytime I have spoken with someone I have been ***g up on. I am not even the person they are looking for and I am being treated horribly, I can't imagine how they treat people who actually owe them money!! I asked to speak with a supervisor and I got his voicemail...he must have been speaking to another abused caller. I will be contacting the BBB and everyone else should as well.

6779 These people are calling wanting to leave messages for a third party. We are on the no call list nationally and have never done any busisness with this firm or anyone that they represent. We have never given our names to anyone to use as a reference and have told the company they represent not to call us and that we are on the no call list. We will file a complaint with the AG of Ky and the BBB

i would appreciate it if cashland would stop calling me. i understand i owe them money but i've tried to work things out with them and they were not very understanding to my situation. as a matter of fact jade was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. she keeps leaving me countless messages and i'm sick of it. but what she doesn't understand is that she will get NOWHERE talking to me like that

Jerry Kay was very abusive, smug and ignorant. He used words which he did not know the complete meaning. He accused me of being "negligent" and "not honest." Neither of which is true. He doesn’t understand the full meaning of these simple words. He called me a second time and didn’t know who I was. When I identified myself and informed him that the checks cleared my bank, he became abusive a***n. In my opinion he needs to be fired. He could be a very good consultant for companies’ customer service department. They could observe his interaction with customers as the absolute way to never speak to the people who put food on his table! "

This idiot called me yelling into the phone as if I owed him money. He yelled at my kids and that's where I drew the line. He definetly needs a swift kick in the u know what!

This number is calling me concerning my 33 year old daughter who hasn't lived at home in 13 years. They don't say what it's about, and I don't feel it's my business anyways.

Called my PARENTS house!!! I am 35 years old and have NOT lived at home since approx 16 or 17. They have NO right calling my parents house and for that matter am not sure how they even got the number.

They are calling me and I do not****ociate with Cashland
