Asking for my social security
Male - US - “NRA Group” - would not give me any further details on company - including what the acronym “NRA” stood for - until I provided my personal details stating that it was of “a personal matter”. Asked multiple times for more specifics of the company for which he was calling and was repeatedly told it was “a personal matter” and that information could not be disclosed until I verified my personal facts. I told him to lose my number, and that the call details would be forwarded to appropriate channels to prevent their attempts to obtain others personal information.
Loan approval
Andrea Robo Call saying it's the Social Security Agency saying there is a problem with my Social Security number and I need to press ONE. The SSA doesn't have my phone number, nor do they call people about problems with their SSNs. If they did that then they'd be on the phones 24 hours a day every day for years.

Same as above for us. I had the same problem with 3 companies. They called and talked to one of our hourly employees in a retail environment, during busy retail hours. They talked fast and asked groups of questions together in each sentence like this: "Are you at least 18 years old, are you an employee of this company, is **** the company name? This is in regards to your phone bill, you can cancel at any time, do approve of the service, is your number *******-****?" When the employee said "yes" (answering that it was the correct phone number), they began billing us $50 per month as a 3rd party through AT&T.Unbelievably horrible and dishonest people.

My account was also hit for $69 from this magazine company and also $30! I never authorized them to take money out from my account, if I call this number will I be able to cancel this subscription I "authorized"?
I get this call almost daily on my cell phone, sometimes several times a day. When I pick up, the line instantly goes dead.

Text msg from 1234 from "Community Driven CU" to my cell that my credit card was suspended. I am to call 800-773-6510 to reactivate it. I know it's a hoax. I used *67 and called the number to give them a piece of my mind (and to tie up their phone lines for a while). They have it set up not to receive blocked #s.The automated msg said it was either TCI or PCI Communications.
I got a text and so did my mother. It says This is an automated message from The Community Driven C.U. Your ATM card has been suspended to reactive call urgent at 800-773-4794. How did they get mine and my moms number. Plus I don't even have a bank account that I use. Scam?
Tells me my ATM card needs to be reactivated. This is an our-rite scam. Banks and finincial ins***utions will send a signed letter to you, and request that you come in person to your ***nch office. I have alearted the news media also. We will throw these fools in a Federal Jail.
