On 8/10 I received a phone call from a 1-800-795-1892 number asking me about a furnace installation. I thought the caller was from a company I had spoken with 6 weeks ago. They asked me if I was still interested. They asked me for an alternate phone number and my address. I gave them the information and we setup an appointment. When I called the 1-800 number back to conform the appointment, a recording said the number was disconnected or no longer in service. Naturally, no one showed up for the appointment. How concerned should I be?

They called and asked for my mother. They ***g up on me when I said this wasnt her number.
They call and **** up. Don't leave a message on my voice mail either. Will not identify themselves. Very frustrating.
