Was GIVEN this number to call a company called Reliable Printing, who have about a billion complaints about them on NUMEROUS web sites. I wouldn't answer if I were you.
Company has many tactics to get your personal information - pretending to help with debt, pretending to offer credit monitoring services, etc. A front to ***n your personal information. Reported to FCC and phone companies by many victims, nothing has been done to shut them down as of yet.
