These people have harrassed me over someone else's debt, someone I do not know, and have never known.  Every time I tell them this, they apologize and tell me that they will remove my phone number from their list, but then I receive more phone calls from them about it days or weeks later, only to be told the same thing.I submitted a complaint about this to the Federal Trade Commission.  Here is a link to their online complaint form: https://www.FTCComplaintAssistant.gov/Here is a page of advice to help dissuade them from conducting business the way that they do.  http://www.squidoo.com/collection-agency-harassmentI plan on taking every avenue I can in order to get them to stop calling me.

Calling everyday for about 3 weeks now.Calls form Capital Management, never leave meaasage until this morning, the guy name Stern. Please STOP calling, we will report you to the FBI.

constant clling for at least 6 months, daily anywhere from 1 to 8 calls

Please do not call my home.  We are on the Do Not Call.gov call list.

Called asking for my mom, in which was unavailable, and the caller was agitated and then asked if there was another number she could be reached at. I declined to give the number, and the caller said I was an uncooperative client.

Calling every morning at about 7:30 or 8 a.m. Company's name is apparently Capital Management. They're looking for my sister, not me, but even though I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling, the calls are still coming. About 4 mornings in a row now.
