Suspect this is a telemarketer. I received two calls prior to this number back to back. My phone doesn't allow "unknown callers".

Call 5-6 times a day.  We have been working with them since May for a Loan Mod., still call and harrass EVERY figgin' day.

***s call, ring once or twice, them **** up to go to next ****er , I guess.Been going on for a while now. Found out it was Miracle Ear.I`ve been getting pale yellow envelopes, printed in a way to look hand written.It`s a fake, of course. Inside is an invite fron one Stephen Marlow, of  -  you guessed it, Miracle Ear.I requested Miracle Ear stop bothering me and they GOT NASTY!!!!! I complained to the state`s attorney general ,and Miracle Ear sent a really snotty reply, in essence saying I had no right to tell them to leave me alone.AG`s office was able to get them to leave me alone. They did, for about 6 months but  have s****ed up a***n, 2 letters and countless phone calls. A relative of mine dealt with them and was very very dissatisfied with the company, their products and the people who sell their worthless junk.The most recent letter from  this Stepen Marlow who is now using  the street address of a nice hotel as the return address. Of course the sneak wouldn`t put Hotel So and So, just a number and street.When I called the hotel, they said Stephen Marlow is not a guest of theirs and has not booked reservations.They checked their computer just to make sure.In fact, theh hotel was rather perturbed that someone who is not a customer has the gall to use their address on his mail.I do not like or trust this individual and I would not recommend Miracle Ear to anyone.The ironic part is that my hearing is very good and no doctor ever gave me a referral to an audiologist. I`d like to find out how they got my name address and phone. These are very decitful, rude and untrustworthy people. Just a word of caution!

They leave messages for someone who doesn't live here.  When you call them back they aren't available and don't identify who they are.  When your avaiable and answer the phone they don't say anything.

I was sued by the Mann ***ken's Rochester office in New York court.  Their client was some collection agency I never heard of.  I hired a NY consumer attorney and we easily beat their case saving me thousands of dollars.  If you are contacted by Mann ***ken be sure to fight them.

The company is called Consumer Portfolio Services....They are a second chance loan company. They are out of florida and they are very rude and disrespectful.  When speaking to my case manager one time i asked her to please connect me to her manager. and she told me no........that she was not going to let me go over her head.  I told her that i hope this call is being recorded and she continued to talk nasty to me and threaten to push the ****on on my  car being repossessed.  I am no fool but when i ask to speak to a Supervisor, that is my right as a consumer.  This company is the worst and i need to know what to do about them.....They constantly call me 20 times a day no matter if its 6am or 9pm..this is ridiculous.  Then they called my husband harassing him...about an incident that happened 3 months ago.  They need to be stopped, please help!!!!!

I got a call from this number about an old credit card that I closed over a year ago.  They claimed I had fraudulent charges on my credit card.  Not sure they are legit.  Decided to call the credit card company directly.
