Call 5-6 times a day.  We have been working with them since May for a Loan Mod., still call and harrass EVERY figgin' day.

I get calls on my cell phone from 800-817-3140, and have for several months now. I don't answer any toll free call. Negative results from reverse phone services, but they continue to call.

800-817-3140. They are First Franklin and they call and harass you all throughout the day. They are a real trip! Someone needs to stop them.

They call, when you answer, there is no one there. I say*****o 3-4 times, no one. I called them back to find out who it was.Can't you block that number from calling you?

this number 1800 817 3140 according from the records it came from first franklin but according from the phone it is collectiion agency which is it?it turns out that it might be so****ing else,first of all they call at night and it is obvious that w***ver is calling couldnt tell the difference between working hours and nap time.

1-800-817-3140 Called my cell phone, interupting me when I was busy seeing patients. I have no outstanding debt and have never heard of them before!

This number calls our house at least 5 to 10 times a day. It has been going on for about 3 weeks.

They keep calling me also, nor do I have a loan with them HELP ME REMOVE THIS number

Just called twice within 4 minutes. When I answered the phone, there was no one on the other end - no matter how much time I gave their autodialer to connect with a real operator or even a recorded message. We've had our phone number for 7 years, and we've never had business with First Franklin Mortgage.

I do not have a mortgage and they call 2 or 3 times a day.  The government has turned a***nst the little people in favor of these type of businesses.  I am on a do not call list and they keep calling. ughhhhhh

It's the Debt Collection Dept. at First Franklin Mortgage. I think they (like a lot of companies) cross-reference the various calling/address lists they acquire - which means one person's former address or phone number may get linked to someone else who now has that address or phone number (e.g., your new apt. address may be the old address of someone who has defaulted on a loan). The frustrating thing is that it doesn't do much good to tell them they've got the wrong person. Although they say they'll take you off their call list, they seldom seem to do so.

I do not have a loan with these people and never have.  They keep calling me.I have been with Wells Fargo for over 15 years.  How do I get rid of them.No matter what I tell them does not work. GRRRRRRRRRRRR

I am tired of this number showing up all times of the day.  I talked to someone and told them what I was going to do and they still called the same night.  I will also pay by the grace period each month.

This is First Franklin Financial Home Loan Collection Department. They call every day sometimes three and four times a day for mortgages not paid litterally on the 1st when its due!!! I asked them to call me when they're going to tell me they're taking my house! Until then I will use my grace period every month.

Call repeatedly, never there when I answer--not a bank I have an account with.
