PROVIDED WORK ORDER # 50009 AND A TECH ID # OF 1555 AND TOLD ME TO CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE # BECAUSE OUR SERVICE WAS GETTING READY TO BE DISCONNECTED.. WHEN I ASKED FOR ADDITIONAL INFO HE DID NOT HAVE IT AND TOLD ME TO CALL 1-800 NUMBER...TOTAL SCAM
Eric called saying he was with PG&E and we were on their disconnect list so I asked for our account number and he said for security purposes they are not given that so I said but you are PG&E so you should have it and he **** up
