PROVIDED WORK ORDER # 50009 AND A TECH ID # OF 1555 AND TOLD ME TO CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE # BECAUSE OUR SERVICE WAS GETTING READY TO BE DISCONNECTED.. WHEN I ASKED FOR ADDITIONAL INFO HE DID NOT HAVE IT AND TOLD ME TO CALL 1-800 NUMBER...TOTAL SCAM

I received a call from a Jennifer (calling from 800-819-2006), claiming to be from the Dallas Claims****istance department. She said she would be helping me through the claims process and could answer any questions I have. When I googled the phone number, it turns out it's actually a San Antonio accident attorneys firm (a.k.a. ambulance chaser). Scary.
