Leave a Commentkeeps calling my cell phone
These guys used to call my home phone (2-4 times a week)looking for someone named Jonathan somebody. I used my cell pnone to call and complain. After about two weeks the calls stopped to my home phone. However, about a week or so after that they s****ed calling my cell phone looking for this same guy. I have called many times asking them to stop and even reported it on the National Do Not call List web page. But they still keep coming. Not as many but they have not stopped.
I am aware I have a debt to pay with a certain auto manufacturer, after my vehicle was repossesed due to a lost job I could no longer pay the original payment agreement. However these were not the only people who wanted money. Now the only income I have is a ssi check I get as a form of child support which is spread out to several collection agencies and 1 bank. With all that being said I am doing the best I can to pay my debts. Not to mention I have severe back problems am on pain medication which is preventing me from any employment since I am a nurse! Now my owed debt was turned over to this MRS collection agency.I believe I had a phone call from some lady and informed her of my current situation which literally sent me over the edge and was sent to the hospital for severe stress. After I got out of the hospital (a week later) I got another phone call and the agreement was made that I would pay $25 a month this is the best I can do,this certain man said ok.the 1st mistake I made was not getting his name because yes****ay I got another call from 1***** of a rude so called employee I did get his name "Tim M" who continued to lie and say there was no such agreement made.I got so upset that I just let my husband and Tim argue for a good 20 minutes. This company will hire anyone who is extremely well at pretending to know the law in the state in which I live.If he knows the law so well why is he working for this crummy company instead of being an attorney! Now I already got my 1st call a***n this am at 8:30 he couldnt wait to s**** lying, harrassing, and intimidating!Like I stated earlier I am dealing with other collection agencies and they will gladly take what I am able to pay but I dont know how this company is getting away with the way they treat the public. One last thing and I will end this letter. I have found out that other companies will let you know that this conversation is being recorded and if you wish not for the conversation not to be recorded please let me know....not this company all they say is this call is being recorded no choice is given.I wonder if their boss listens to these recordings and do they get a raise for all of their unprofessional actions? I appologise for this being so long and possibly boring some of you but I had to get this off of my chest.
Too much calling
Someone called looking for John... maybe they were looking for you john? lady seemed very annoyed that i wasnt john and didnt know anyone named john... wanted to know how long i'd had my number, etc. she called the right number-- but definitely not the right person!
Didn't pick up, they have called about 40 times over the last week or so. I don't have patience for ignorant people. I'm sure its some sort of collection agency. With the credit crunch going on don't be surprised to see a whole lot of calls about minuscule debts that you've forgotten about(mine was from almost five years ago for three ***dred dollars). Credit companies will sell whatever they can to recoup some of those****ets.
