this number is from a company called Pacifica financial , online personal loan company that gets your basic information from an email that promises a personal loan without credit check. After filling out the form you receive a phone call telling you that you were approved for the loan and even more it you would like. The monthly payments are very reasonable and they give you 24 months to pay off the loan. The interest rate is very reasonable. After receiving the last information such as bank account and social security number they said that I would recieve a phone call back with all the loan documents and after I sign them there could be a deposit as soon as 8pm. After I hung up I did some searching for info on their numbers. and I found a lot of people who had been ripped off and their info stolen with no loan. I was surprised to get a phone call back from them but with a new number that I am listing here 859-1575. Right away I told them about all of the complaints on their numbers and the person immediately started calling them liars and dont believe these jealous people who probably just didn't have good credit so they just angry about their own faults. I should talk to them if I had a worry and not just believe these people. I said that I am talking to you and I tried to call your other numbers and they were not working so I checked them out and this is what I found. They hung up. total scam , additional numbers that they used were 800-5981575

private Received call from this # at 1:46 am this morning. No message was left on my vm. I called the # back just now and spoke with a very nice lady at Windstream. She said many people have called this morning to report this and that they, Windstream, are investigating these "rogue" calls. I did not give her any personal information. I work for a law firm so I called from work so that the law firm's # showed when I called. She seemed very apologetic and said she could call me back once they knew what happened but I refused the return phone call because i didn't want to give my cell phone #.

800-859-1403 is Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. They are pests.  Even if you are not behind on your mortgage they will place calls to you.  They also have several other numbers.  I use the *60 feature to block all of them.  If they want to talk to me, they can do it in writing.

For six months, they have called me at least three times a day asking for someone named Margaret. I told them 5-6 times wrong number and to take me off their list. It hasn't helped. I filed a complaint with the state's attorney general office. They call as early as 7am and as late as 1030 pm. I'm tired of being harrassed.

They call early in the morning, but don't answer when you ask who it is. It's usually a silent call. But when you call them back they answer as being a debt collection agency. But you can't get thru to an actual person!

Received several calls from this customer, threatening legal action against me.  They have called me at work and on my cell.

They left a recorded message about an attempt to collect a debt and used my whole name . I shouldn't have any unpaid debts, so it made me suspicious. It struck me odd when I called and one of the 2 choices on the recorded main menu was to pay by credit card. I chose the other option which was to talk to someone and it switched to an "invalid number, please hang up & try again" message. I figure they just hope that someone will fall for the "pay now" option. I say it is a scam

Same problem as all other complaints with this company! Asked to be removed and was not. Today we asked to speak with the manager. Took forever and "lady" was upset that WE tied up HER lines! We are getting phone calls from this number on our landline.  It says this message is for Betty D Catcherside?They won't stop!  Don't have a clue who Betty is.Tired of it.

They keep calling saying a have a check that was returned to them for collections. They want me to tell them my address so they can update their system. I have not had a checking account in my name for 8 years. This was a check that I wrote 8 months ago. She agured with me, saying that she had the check in front of her and I needed to send her $150 right now. And the check had my signiture on it. Like she knows my sign. I believe this is a scam.

If I answer it's automated and they tell me to have my reference # handy and it will be the number in the upper right corner of the notice I received...uh.. never got a notice, I was answering the phone!!! I get the same calls with the British accent at my home.  I did receive these calls at work as well (they hung up at work enough that it quit there).  I am not home when these calls come in so my answering machine takes the call, but the stupid computer message doesn't know that it's talking to another dumb machine!!!!

THis 800 number called my direct work line 4 times in one given day, i have no clue to who this is or why they are calling, its needs to stop

This number calls me EVERY morning at 8 am! Does anyone knows how to block the 1-800 number on your cell phone?

I get 2 to 3 three call a day on my cell phone. They never respond when I answer the call. I get these during business meetings it has become very disruptive. I want it to stop.

There was not a call, but a credit card charge for $49.95 and another charge for $4.95 both from COLOCUREUS.  I called them several times and argued with them on the phone.  They refused to give me a refund, but supposedly confirmed that my name was cancelled out of their system.  It is scary, that this companycan mess with peoples credit cards and just add charges.  They need to be stopped.  How can we help?  Not only did that charge my credit card, they said I would be recieving the product in the mail.  I have not recieved anything.  So they took my money and never sent any product.  This company is a SCAM!!!!!

I have been charged an unauthorized charge of $49.95 from this company and another one for $44.95.  I called Colocureus the name on my charge card and it sounded like a person from another country by the accent who said his name was JoAnn and requested he remove my name and refund the amount charged...received another charge next day. They have been calling relentless for a least a month and they never leave a message.

They have been calling my house for months asking for my husband (by first name) he won't talk to people like that. They told me once that is pertained to our checking account. They call anywhere from 8am-9pm Mon-Sat. Tonight Sunday they called at 8:10pm and ask for him said it was personal business and I said yeah right on a Sunday and they hung up. They call from an Unknown number, 800-859-3170 and a 218-220-0620 number.

called back and they told me i owed on a check from january 2007 to bruno's. first of all, i've had the same bank account for years, and i don't know why my bank wouldn't have told me about this in 2007. also, i have recieved no other phone calls about this or letters in the mail. asked me to verify my address and was typing as i told her so gave the wrong zip.

It was a recording and she said my whole name, thought it was strange. She said her name was Heather Davis (also British accent) with affiliated credit or something like that and to call back about an important business matter. I called back and the computer just put me on hold I never talked to anyone.

Shows up on CID as "Unknown Name". It's an automated call. I press 2 for disputes and I get another recording telling me to call
