sickofit These ****heads have been calling me for two years! They ask for a guy who I've never heard of and after I yell at them for ten minutes they take my name off their list. Then four months go by and guess what? -- I'm back on the list and the whole thing s****s all over a***n. I threatened to take legal action the last time they called but they probably know I'm just ****ing smoke. This is the only collection agency calling the wrong number that I haven't been able to shake. Very irritating!!!

I have, per the legal requirements of The Fair Debt Collection Act (the complete act, not just that portion which is practiced by most but not all debt collectors) given both verbal and written demands that ALL communications between, Wells Fargo Credit Card division, be in written, either to my email address: [email protected], or in writing to PO Box 480550. This request/demand is enforceable not just to Wells Fargo/Wachovia, but to EVERY debt collector which they choose to contract with.Wells Fargo has been fully notified as to my discriminatory job and financial situation, which even after 3 years still has not c****ed to my frustration and this matter is fully out of my control.It is suggested that this debt collector re-check with their attorney and review the entire Fair Debt Collection Act as to the obligations of both parties and stop the harassing verbal attempts on this minute cell phone. The number called me and it showed up on my caller ID as TOLL FREE CALL. When I answered it, it said please enter a phone number so I ***g up then my phone rang a***n and the caller ID was my own phone number. Very weird.

they claim to be a financial ins***ution. when they ask to talk to someone and you ask them to hold, basicaaly so you can get the person they are calling for the )(&_(*^) **** up on you.. well this means they are a 'scam' and should be reported.. it's a shame they ruin things for 'legitimate' marketers so people don't want to talk with any of them, even non profits looking for help. they are a bunch of idiots!
No call but charges from my bank account by the phone number of 1-800-901-6184 with alternating names on my statement of Essential Boost one month for 19.99 the next month 26.98 with the name of Melt It Off.This has been going on since 10/10/2008. With a call every month and a gaureentee it will be stopped and refunded however none has stopped or refunded and bank says to stop must close my account and s**** over however I pay almost every bill online do they know what there asking of me. There has to be a way to stop these companies from lining there pockets and stealing from those of us working 1-3 jobs to keep up!
I get calls form this number almost daily. I answered once, and they clamed to be from a cruise line and that I has won a free cruise...just have to pay prot charges. I asked them to send me info, they said they would answer all question over the phone, that I would only recieve anything threw the mail once it was complete
