Got a call from a guy laughing hysterically on my business phone. Evil laugh. Called back and mailbox is full. So sad that people have nothing better to do with their time.

I RECEIVED A PHONE MESSAGE THAT WAS UNCLEAR BUT I BELIEVED IT SAID FROM CITIBANK. I DIALED THE 800 NUMBER LEFT ON THE MESSAGE AND THERE WAS A MESSAGE THAT WAS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE THAT REPEATED ITSELF MAYBE 3-4 TIMES. THEN AN AMERICAN VOICE RECORDING CAME ON AND SAID "THANK YOU. GOODBYE." THEY WE WERE DISCONNECTED. WHO DOES THIS NUMBER BELONG TO AND WHAT ARE THEY UP TO?
