they had call couples of times and told me that i have some debts and that have to go to a bank of america and deposit money into an account, or i will be arrested. DONT PAY ANYTHING IT IS A TOTAL FRAUD. THEY ALSO HAVE A 404 AREA CCODE NUMBER PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE. THEY HAVE A D.A. JOHNS GUY CALLING.

I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT THE PROBLEM IS WITH ALL THESE PEOPLE GETTING BENT OUT OF SHAPE BECASUE THEY RECIEVE A CALL FROM THEM.  IF YOU GUYS WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE MATTER BEFORE IT GETS TO COLLECTIONS THEN THEY WOULDNT BE CALLING RIGHT?  DONT YOU THINK THAT IT IS SO OBVIOUS THAT  THE PEOPLE THAT ARE COMPLAINING ARE THE SAME PEOPLE THAT STILL HAVENT PAID THE MONEY THAT THEY BORROWED AS PROMISED?   JUST THINK ABOUT IT FOR A MOMENT

CALL MY HUSBAND AND SAID IT WAS IMPORTANT SO I CALL AND TALK TO A ROBERT GRIPPS.HE WAS VERY RUDE TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO TELL WHATS GOING ON I TOLD HIM TO SEND THE INFO.THEN ***G UP I DONT LIKE TALKING TO RUDE PEOPLE

saying they are with thr fed.gov.I told them to send me the infomation and he was very rude his name is Robert

Called and wanted either myself or my attorney to call them back immediately. The extension is 414. No name of the company or what. Said I was a person of interest.

He states about a bill I owe, states its a felony, that I can pay "TODAY" full amount then when I state I didn't have it He stated that he talked to someone and if I pay $200 he can make arrangements to pay the rest on a payment plan, then He says call back monday to see what he can do, I call back and it jumped from $200 to $300 and when I asked him why he got all rude and s****ed talking fast, I ***g up.

Some man (never id himself) called my cell looking for someone I have never heard of..After calling him a few choice names on the second call from him he proceeded to call me an additional 5 times telling me how rude I was and that I had a****ty month.  After the 6th time of calling me (within 10 minutes) I told him that this is borderline harrasment, the guy told me that I was not above the law and he is thinking about having me arrested..  What the***** and who tghe***** is this guy???  He NEVER id himself in the 6 times he called. I wish the SAO would investigate this company & "arrest" the guy who I spoke to...

I received a call today from someone by the name of Warren Jones.  He said that he was with this company State Pre-Dispositions. He ask me to take this number down 800-918-3844 ext. 423.  I asked him to send me so****ing in writing, but it was to no avail.  He really didn't want to hear anything I had to say.  I asked him not to call my place of employment and ***g up.  I believe he tried calling back when I told him not to call.  What should I do in regard to this situation.

Received a call from this #(see caller ID info) today with a call-back # of 1 (800) 918-3844. I'm an attorney so i will call them back and see what their story is.

this number is also****ociated with (404) 000-4321.  It's out of GA.  Another name to watch for is Elizabeth Lattimore. DON'T PAY THEM ANYTHING.  If you still owe the debt, pay the original business.  Chances are you already paid them.  I was threatenedn  & talked to very rudely.  What scares me is that they had my email & possibly my checking acct.#

They jsut called me too and told me I needed to pay them some money I laughed and ***g up total scam!

THEY HELPED ME SETTLE A DEBT I HAD I FORGOT ABOUT WHEN I DID A INTERNET PAYDAY ADVANCE LOAN. I TOTALLY FORGOT THIS LOAN AND THEY HELP ME RESOLVE THIS.

I just had a call from these guys as well.  The guys name was Walter Hines.  He said he was from State Predisposition Services and called me at my job.  He told me to get a pen and take down his number. I told them I was at work and would call them back. He then put me on hold and I ***g up.

Caller wanted my social #. I refused , David West ***g up.

A lady who said her name was Lauren Ortega from "State Predisposition Services" called my client threatening arrest for a federal offense, coming to her job, etc. When I (attorney) called she denied everything.  I asked for her supervisor and she said she has no supervisor, she's the owner.  I can't find anything out about this company and would like the Attorney General to investigate.  Anyone else out there figured out who/what this is?

Also just received a text message that said:"Hey can you call me right now its an emergency!"

Called me numerous times a few months ago. Me & my fiance were very worried we were in trouble for some sort of debt, in which they would not explain. She did some research online & found out they are frauds.Just got the call a***n today from a few different numbers.

Called and very rude, even told me they had a GPS tracking me and that they had downloaded paperwork to have me arrested for bank robbery.  Even though they were informed they had the wrong number, they said I was lying to them.  VERY ILLEGAL company.

Looking for some guy that is definitely not me, and very rude, wanted to talk to my attorney.
