This en***y has apparently breached my bank info and has made a charge to my acct. Investigation is underway.

definitely a scam. The # has an extra # at the end. If one someone looks quickened picks up they might be stuck with one of foreign calls charged to your phone.

Haven't answered their call.. but called me today about 6 times, but they never leave a message.

I s****ed getting these robo calls saying ( that this is not a telemarketing call please hve me call 1-800-918-8870 and refrence # ------ and when I call back the ph # above i get another recording saying all reps are busy please wait for the next rep then they tell u to leave you name ph # and use my ref # and someone will return your call).. this has been going on now everyday for the past 4 months.. why can't a real person call or send me a letter telling me who they are and what its about I HAVE NO CLUE!!

Claimed he was from Bank of America.  How do I verify?

This number texted me and said my Bank of America account required immediate attention. DON'T BELIEVE IT!!!! THIS IS SPAM. THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO GET YOUR INFORMATION!!! If you need anything go to the BOA website or your ***nch and ask them questions.

Received a call  from someone who called themselves "Marina" requesting a fax of a ***** certificate for a family member to to supposedly close a debt owed. I wanted to check out what the business that I was sending this information to first and this site pops up instead of a real business, Wow I am glad I checked out the number before I sent them any information to them. they gave a fax number of 1-302-458-0644 to send a fax of the ***** certificate to.

Received a call from this number.

They called my elderly aunt and left a message on her answering ma****e saying that I was a “person of interest” and that I needed to contact them before “3 o’clock on the 28th” or they would “issue a warrant for my arrest and take me to court.”  This upset my elderly aunt who called my equally elderly mother.  My mother took it upon herself to call the number back that they left on my aunt’s answering ma****e (800-918-3844).  She spoke with a female that identified herself as “Carter” at  extension 426.  My mother then informed Carter that I had filed bankruptcy.  Carter then****ured my mother that my bankruptcy did not cover this debt and that unless my mother or I took care of this that I would be going to jail and that she was a mother too and that she’d like to help my mother out if she was willing to pay it.  My mother didn’t pay anything but****ured Carter that she would get in touch with me.  My mother called me and I called Carter back.  She informed me that it was illegal to not pay my bills.  I then cut her off and informed her that it was illegal for her to be violating the permanent *****ction of my bankruptcy discharge by harassing me and my family members.  I also informed her that I was willing to work with her and overlook this violation and that I would fax her a copy of my discharge.  At that time, she rattled off a fax number so fast that I couldn’t get it written down and ***g up.  I called back.  In a super smart-alec tone, she this time read it to me in an overly exaggerated slow s***d and ***g up.  I was perfectly fine with that.  I attempted to make the fax three times, but the number she gives me just rings and rings.  After the third attempt, I called her back.  With this call, she asked me why I kept calling her back.  I informed her that the phone number she gave me wasn’t working.  She then said that I should keep trying all day and ***g up.  I tried three more times and didn’t try anymore.
