Computer Calling for the wrong name, over and over and over. No ability to respond. When number is dialed, it requests that you push *. We refuse to get into so****ing by doing that.

If you make a mistake of calling this number. (it is very similar to AAA's renew line.) Some Indians will pickup the phone and aggressively push you to sign up for a promotion of $30 walmart gift card and $20 gas. They will make you give them your credit card number. If you follow through with 3rd party verification, everything is ok. if you realize so****ing fishy and didn't agree with 3rd party verification, they'll call you back everyday aggressively. It will be very annoying to you and your family and if you call from work, they'll call you at work too.
These people are charging to my home phone WITHOUT my permission. AT&T should Not allow this to happen to their customers.

I too have s****ed receiving mutiple calls a day, on my personal cell phone from Capitol One. They keep asking for a certain person/party that isn't at this number. And despite my constant requests for them to remove my number from their files, they continue to call.The reason people aren't hearing anything is they're using an automated call system that takes a few seconds to pick up, once you've answered your phone. So there may be a silence for 2-3 seconds.According to my cell phone provider (Verizon), consumers cannot (?) block certain phone numbers. Their ridiculous solution: Either use caller ID and just not answer, or block ALL incoming calls!
