Rec'd another call from them yes****ay March 10, 2009 from 866-315-7101, but did not notate the time of the call.I called Bank of America 3-way which had previously informed me that these were fraudulent calls.  Now that I had a BofA rep on the line and a rep from the so called "Bank of America Insurance Services" the Bank of America rep told me that they couldn't confirm that it was fraudulent.The woman that said she was from the insurance department said that they were a 3rd party calling on behalf of Bank of America and that her company name is Global Contact Services.She said they were offering accident insurance for automobile accidents.I was then told that my number would be removed once and for all considering they have been calling for someone that is not me and that my phone is on the DNC and they shouldn't have called me to begin with.I'm going to be giving a call to Global Contact Services and the FTC to confirm all this.

Rec'd another call yes****ay March 3, 2009 1:38 PM MST from ph# 866-315-7101.  After the first 6 times they call, I contacted Bank of America and had them take my number of of Ms Booker's account.  Then had them opt me out of special offers on my own account, and I had already told them not to call me a***n, plus I had already made it clear that I wasn't interested in insurance.  So why they called a***n is beyond me.What I do know is that since I spoke to them on February 4th and they told me it would take 30 days for my number to be taken off their list, it will be covered under the DNC if they call me after March 6th, 2009.  And you'd better believe if they do call after that date I will be reporting it.

The best to deal with it: (1) close your B o A accounts or (2) knock your phone with (very) bad noice after your identify their number or the B of A ******.

i just got a call from this number. they wanted my husband!caller id came up toll free call# 800-931-6317.they are very suspisious & rude.

Rude callers...they **** up when you ask who is calling.

why bank of America to the call list not ?, now problem vehicle did not drive so just work cand be calling as waiting letter or any answer ,

I dialed the number and got a computerized operator identifying the caller as Bank of America. Most likely those who get these calls have an account with B of A--so they take liberty of offering you "additional prodcuts & services that may be of interest to you". If you **** up you will continue to receive calls, however they give an option of entering your phone number and they will place you on the Bank of America do not call list. I just did this so hopefully the daily calls will stop!!

Caller rings at least daily, despite my telling them I'm on the NC List.

Keeps calling and calling. It's irritating. I work night shifts so I need my sleep during the day. With them calling, I hardly get much decent rest that I need. I wish they just send whatever it is they have to offer by mail and stop bothering me on the phone.

I don't care that I do business with the company. Being on the do not call list means I don't want this jackbags calling me. Do not call means do not call. No exceptions. No excuses. Why is that so flamin' hard to understand?

I called another company which seems like the parent company, American International Group, Inc. This company compiles databases of contact info to give to solicitation companies. The remove phone number unfortunately asks for Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Address, Name, Phone number. Wow that is so extremely invasive it's crazy you have to go through all that. I'm the person who wrote about the ****-up from this number last night at 7pm. I entered myself onto B of A's Do Not Call list but just received the same type of ****-up call a***n this morning at 10:34am. Please count me in if someone s****s a class-action lawsuit!

The caller ***g up when I picked up at 7:00pm. I called the number back and it was Bank of America Insurance Services. The recording instructed me to enter my phone number after the tone to be entered on the B of A do not call list. Hopefully it works.

we are on the do not call list the call came in at 8:46 pm PST it woke up our children who were sleeping the lady was rude never did find out why they were calling do not bank or have any affiliation with B of A

I've already told Bof A to take my number off their list, I am not interested in sales calls. I am guessing that if you do have an account with them, that is their way around the DNC registry - you have a "prior business relationship" with them. I tend to pick up the phone but not say anything,,,they eventually **** up but it costs them time

They call regularly, dont leave messages and wont stop calling no matter what we do. So far, its been twice today and thats before lunch even.

I have told them numerous times that I am not interested in their calls and what they have to offer. I'm seriously thinking of closing my account with Bank of America and going to Wells Fargo. Telemarketers should just be put out of business since they believe in harassing the private citizen!

B of A cannot seem to take a NO when it comes to junk Products they have for sale.

They call at least 2 X's a day 7 days a week and as late as 9 PM, I have never used Bank of America unless w***ver had this # before me did, this as been going on over 6 months now.
