private I called back, she said her records show I maybe eligible for relief from my student loans and wanted personal info. I told her that if she has records that is all she needed to know. A little more back and forth and I told her I have NEVER had a student loan and am tired of them ****ing up my phone with false intro's about my student loan file that doesn't exist.
