chellie claiming they have grant money, will not follow the law by putting me on dnc list, calls more than 3 times a week, very rude, needs to be shut down.. i suggest putting cell phone on the dnc list, blocking number on cell phone, if they keep calling they are breaking the law and report them to local law enforcement... we need to shut them down
