They have called several times, never leaving a message, so I finally answered. They asked to speak with David (I can't remember last name), but it was a wrong number. She apologized and said she'd mark it wrong number.

Jonathan Davis Debt collectors... diversified consultants from Utah Was unwilling to verify the debt, or give me an address to send a dispute letter to... very rude and condescending on the phone. Wouldn't tell me who they were calling on behalf of. Call every day even though I have told them that they are not allowed to contact me on my cellphone, and should only contact me in writing.

gwquit I just received a call from this just now. If I don't recognize a number I don't answer it. I see that Jessie says this number is from American Exteriors. They came around in a door to door blitz about two years ago and I gave them my number to set up an appointment for pricing windows. I later called to cancel the appointment and have been calling ever since, about once a month.  Also, why isn't 'sales call' not listed as a choice in Call Type below. This seems an obvious call type to be listed.

Tired of Solicitors This is a Wells Fargo telemarketer call trying to solicite you to buy something.  More than likely it's an AHS home warranty policy.  You can call the number back and have them remove your number from "this" special promotion.  They say it could be in five days or it could take up to 30 days.  It would be worth it to remove your number because they'll keep calling back if you don't.

Jessie This same number has been calling me daily.  There are 2 different numbers that American Exteriors have also been calling me from.  It's like they are trying to trick me into answering.  I hate pushy salesmen, I will never buy anything from them.

I have made several complaints about thses people with FTC. They have been calling me since November of last year. This year alone they have called me 7 times. They use various phone numbers. They have harassed my relatives also. I just got another call from them a couple of minutes ago. I will contact the FTC again. Do not let these people harass you. They have no right to.

Woman with a thick accent somehow had my cell phone number and e-mail address- asked me to verify the e-mail address, and asked me if I were interested in a college. I thought it was a callback from a resume I sent with my e-mail address, but not my cell number, to a local college. She asked me what courses I was interested in taking in college, and I said I graduated from college, not interested, this is a misunderstanding and as I was hanging up she was still talking.

May or may not be a coincidence- the day after I received the call on my cell phone from this number, woman asking me what I wanted to study in college (and she verified my e-mail address)- I received an e-mail from [email protected] Kaplan University. Clicking on "affiliates," there were other schools mentioned- with the words Christian and Evangelical Christian in the description. The night before, come to thing of it, I received an automated voice call on our home phone asking me if I was happy with network TV content and if I'd prefer to see shows about "family values and other positive messages." I said "no" and hung up.
