Jonathan Davis Debt collectors... diversified consultants from Utah Was unwilling to verify the debt, or give me an address to send a dispute letter to... very rude and condescending on the phone. Wouldn't tell me who they were calling on behalf of. Call every day even though I have told them that they are not allowed to contact me on my cellphone, and should only contact me in writing.

Randy called asked if them could speak with me and as soon as i told them the person they were looking for was me they didn't say anything just ***g up

Tired of Solicitors This is a Wells Fargo telemarketer call trying to solicite you to buy so****ing.  More than likely it's an AHS home warranty policy.  You can call the number back and have them remove your number from "this" special promotion.  They say it could be in five days or it could take up to 30 days.  It would be worth it to remove your number because they'll keep calling back if you don't.

Lady just called our company cell from 801-386-7636,asked to speak to mary(my wife)I said she was busy and would they like to leave a message,the caller siad no I'll just give her a buzz later.

I have made several complaints about thses people with FTC. They have been calling me since November of last year. This year alone they have called me 7 times. They use various phone numbers. They have harassed my relatives also. I just got another call from them a couple of minutes ago. I will contact the FTC a***n. Do not let these people harass you. They have no right to.

May or may not be a coincidence- the day after I received the call on my cell phone from this number, woman asking me what I wanted to study in college (and she verified my e-mail address)- I received an e-mail from [email protected] Kaplan University. Clicking on "affiliates," there were other schools mentioned- with the words Christian and Evangelical Christian in the description. The night before, come to thing of it, I received an automated voice call on our home phone asking me if I was happy with network TV content and if I'd prefer to see shows about "family values and other positive messages." I said "no" and ***g up.
